Quad A Coordinator's tournament registration requirements for Quad A Regional:
Coaches/parents are expected to have their final roster to the tournament director no later than Thursday, February 21. There will be ONLY check-in the morning of the tournament, no on-site, late registration. Players registered to play will be paired for the section they've been registered. If a player fails to arrive by half listed game-time for round 1, they will Forfeit their game and be removed from the tournament. Players that expect to be late or not show, must inform the TD by the time registration ends, otherwise they will be paired and risk a Forfeit loss. Only one 1/2 point bye will be allowed during the tournament, and only Zero point byes for the final round.
